The Lore Canon
What we're building, why it's a game, and how every dumb little story you make up becomes a forever line in Vibetown's record.
Start here
A canon you can play your way into.
Good Vibes Club is 6,969 little characters living in a town nobody's bothered to write down. The Akashic Gym is where we change that — by playing dumb games together until the canon writes itself.
Every spin, every reaction, every voice clip is a brick. Stack enough bricks and you get a city: places with names, characters with phrases, badges with stories, inscribed moments that anyone can read forever.
We're not asking you to write fanfic. We're asking you to roll dice with friends and see what sticks.
How it's wired
Three layers, one canon.
Layer 1
Games
The Confessional Booth, Breaking News, and the Lore Cannon. Each one is an improv-prompt engine that asks players to riff in-character as a Vibie.
Layer 2
Akashic Records
Every spin, riff, and audio chunk lands in a structured database (Turso) at a weighted tier. This is the gym — fluid, editable, always growing.
Layer 3
Onchain Registry
When the canon hardens — a name, a phrase, a place — a GVC holder can seal it to the AkashicRegistry contract on Ethereum mainnet. Permanent.
The flow: play a game → lore lands in the records → the best becomes onchain canon. That's the whole loop. Everything else is texture.
What you can play
Three ways to build the canon.
The Confessional Booth
— Sixty seconds with Reverend Quaig.Step into the booth, pick who's confessing, and the mic's hot for 60 seconds. Spill one truth in-character as your Vibie while Reverend Quaig sets the scene and nudges you deeper. Your confession is sealed into the records — the most intimate lore generator in the gym.

Breaking News
— Channel 69 · anchor the chaos. The live newsroom. One to four Vibie anchors write and deliver the news as it breaks, the audience votes the calls, and the winning phrase gets sealed on-chain. The marquee multiplayer show — built for a live crowd.

The Lore Cannon
— Load the cannon · inscribed in the heavens.Name your Vibie, voice it, and seal its canon — name, phrase, and place — to the AkashicRegistry on Ethereum mainnet. The inscribe ceremony fires your lore into the sky as a constellation. This is the moat: the canon lives forever.

Your role
Three ways in.
Player
Claim a roster seat → get cast as a Vibie → spin + riff in-character. No wallet needed to play.
Viewer
Drop reactions (🔥😂💀👏🤯🎤💎🤙) on every spin in real time. Reactions log to the canon and feed the future banger auto-clipper.
Jackpot winner
Roll the 0.5% INSTA INSCRIPTION → type the canonical name → it lands in the pending-inscriptions queue. If you own a GVC, eligible wheels (name + place) can seal onchain.
The forever layer
AkashicRegistry — live on Ethereum mainnet.
The registry contract is deployed at 0x62E5F5C0c024ec46933989194c830216e6c3aaAC.
It exposes four inscribe* functions (name · phrase · location · description) gated to GVC holders writing about their own Vibie. Costs gas only for now — VIBESTR burn is currently disabled (will activate once the VIBESTR team whitelists the registry).
When you set a canon name in the Akashic Records, an onchain "Lock" button appears for the owner. Click → wagmi → mainnet tx → etherscan link forever. The bytes32 is the canon visible to any indexer in perpetuity.
We've also wired sealLoreSeason() for future use — that's the function the "Greatest Vibes Vol N" idea would call to anchor a season's playlist hash, if/when we revive that.
The doctrine
Data is the gold.
Every system we build optimizes for the structured lore dataset. Players are paid in clout + fun. The lore is the moat — it's literally not extractable from anywhere else, because nobody else is generating it.
The Lore Web visualizes this in real time: every Vibie, place, badge, and category as a node; every spin as an edge. Gold dots glow for canon-named Vibies. White dots glow for inscriptions. The longer you play, the denser the web.
Run a session
How to actually play with people.
Minimum viable session: 2 people. One spins, one reacts. The lore still lands. It's a warm-up, not a tournament.
Sweet spot: 3-5 players + 1-2 viewers. Everyone claims a roster seat → gets cast as a random Vibie → spins rotate round-robin → reactors emoji-tap from their phones while watching. ~45-60 min of play yields ~15-20 spins + a handful of INSTA INSCRIPTIONs to seal at the end.
Stretch: 6-8 players. Above 8 the round-robin gets slow — split into two parallel sessions in different rooms and merge the records at the end.
Host duties
- · Open
/play/slot-canonon the shared screen - · Claim 5 roster seats with player names
- · Run the countdown · narrate the rolls
- · When INSTA hits, pause for the name vote
- · At end: review the bangers in
/content/banger-pad
Player duties
- · When your seat lights gold: you're up
- · Riff in-character as your cast Vibie
- · 30 seconds. Doesn't have to be funny — has to commit
- · If your spin hits INSTA: name the thing
- · React to the others' rolls (🔥😂💀👏)
Discord call w/ screen-share is the lowest-friction setup. One person hosts at /play/slot-canon, everyone else watches + reacts from their phones at the same URL. No app install. No wallet required to play.
Right now
Go play.
Bring friends. Bring a Discord call. Bring a wallet if you've got one (you don't need one). The point is to make up dumb little stories together until they become true.
Quaigbot cannot be defeated.
